Refund policy

Timeless Forged Hardware offers returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase, minus shipping/freight costs. This includes “free shipping” items.

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders in the case of an address entered incorrectly or not updated or if a package was stolen after delivery. In the case of a non-deliverable package returned to us, we will refund your order minus the actual shipping charges.

Please take great care in repacking your items as we cannot issue a refund for damaged items.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and proper repackaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AT ARRIVAL

We take great care to inspect and package our items so they arrive to you safely. However, if an item does arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 4 days at sales@timelessforgedhardware.com with package and item photos. We will expedite a replacement and/or work with you to remedy the situation.
