SHIPPING

Timeless Forged Hardware utilizes UPS, US Postal Service and Federal Express for ground shipments.  

Shipping times are not included in the lead time.

Shipping times depends upon your location, we ship all items standard ground. 

FREE SHIPPING: All items marked free shipping will be shipped via methods listed above, within the contiguous United States only. Territories outside of the contiguous U.S. will require an additional shipping charge and do not qualify for free shipping. All items not marked free shipping will require an additional shipping charge.

Larger items are shipped via Federal Express Freight or common carrier trucks direct to your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only).

Note; In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible our standard freight service is curbside only. The truck line’s delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.

In stock items ship the same or next business day.  Make-to-order items ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders may require more time, the customer will always be notified of turnaround times.

Please note, we ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered, so please ensure its accuracy.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships you will be provided with a tracking or pro number and the name of the shipping company.

All small items shipped via UPS, US Postal Service or Fed-Ex Home Delivery can be tracked at the following web sites:

In the case of a freight shipment, you will be contacted with the freight carrier information and pro number. Please contact us if you have any questions or need help tracking your shipment.
